Log File Storage

Log files provide a great source of information but they come with their drawbacks and often this is the size. Log files can take up gigabytes of storage space which can often lead to systems slowing down and being difficult to access.

We can help you to remove this element from your worries as Skrootiny are offering a Log File Storage service. This means that once we receive your log files, mostly by automated services, we will archive them in our storage environment where they will be kept for the time period that has been agreed before the service starts. You will be given access to the log files so that you can load them at any time should you need to examine visitor trending or to check for a hacking attempt on a previous day, week, month or even year.

Once your log file reaches the end of the storage time it will simply be removed from our systems so you can be sure that your data is clear for the new log files that will be stored.
